Thank you for joining me. Today on HeartBalm Meditations with Sunny, I invite you to expand your heart center, and embrace the Love that you are – to meet yourself and others as a Love Rebel with a cause. Become a Love Rebel and join the Love Revolution to open your heart to this moment, to yourself, and all that you know, love, like, and to all those you don’t.
Join a growing movement here at HeartBalm to bring your Love to yourself, to all beings, every community, country, to the world, and to the entire universe. Become a rebel to the idea that love is conditional, limited, or binary. Choose to love what is even if you don’t like it. Rebel against the idea that if you don’t like another that you can’t love them, and instead choose to love everyone even in the face of inner resistance – even loving all parts of yourself that you may not like. As Rupert Spira, spiritual guide, nondual teacher, and author says:
You don’t have to like everyone but you do have to love them.
This guided meditation is adapted from an earlier original HeartBalm Healing podcast titled, “Becoming a Love Rebel with a Cause.” To listen to this podcast in its entirety and enjoy the content that inspired this meditation please visit the HeartBalm Healing website or click on the link below.
