Today on HeartBalm Meditations with Sunny, I invite you to come home to yourself and this moment and just listen. The art of listening is an adventure for each of us to take. What moves us, brings us out of a dark place, or syncs up with our beating heart and deepens our breathing? What are your favorite songs? Who do you listen to that reminds you of your loving and much-needed presence and being – here and now – and inspires you to share your gifts of creativity, kindness, and compassion?

Sometimes just taking the time to simply listen, open to another voice, or sink into the sounds of harmonious music, the simple sounds of nature, or from life itself can offer relief in the darkness, and the opening to shifting negative and unhelpful hypnotic thoughts originating from deep within us.
