Join me for a moment to pause and extend a heartfelt embrace and healing to everyone in Hawaii, especially to those on the island of Maui and the community of Lahaina and Upcountry. Let’s hold a compassionate space for everyone affected as they recover, rebuild and grieve the loss of loved ones, homes, businesses, and historic landmarks. If you would like to help or donate to those affected by this tragedy please check out Hawaii Magazine’s most recent article on what you can do to help.

Thank you for joining me. Today on HeartBalm Meditations with Sunny, I invite you to ponder the HeartQuestions that show up in your life as whisps of text, lyrically worded threads in favorite songs, or passing mentions in conversation. Let’s begin with the question “If nothing was wrong, what would you do?” Allow yourself to step into, and sit in the space of wholeness, of being healed and being enough and see what you would or could do next – knowing that “nothing was wrong.” What opens up for you is in the “asking,” and in living the questions now. Even if there are a thousand things you are telling yourself are wrong – can you release negative beliefs for a moment and allow a window of possibility to embrace your wholeness?
This guided meditation is adapted from an earlier original HeartBalm Healing podcast titled, “HeartQuestions: What They Ask of Us, Reveal and Answer.” To listen to this podcast in its entirety and enjoy the original content that inspired this meditation please visit the HeartBalm Healing website or click on the link below.
