Thank you for joining me. Today on HeartBalm Meditations with Sunny, we sink into a soulful meditation of radical acceptance – a soothing meditative exercise to accept what is, and awaken the parasympathetic response during times of deep pain, trauma responses, and anxiety attacks. This meditation practice will create a kind of reflex to help ease into accepting what is, as well as activating the body’s rest and digest mode which will activate the more tranquil functions of the body; those that help maintain a healthy, long-term balance.
This guided meditation is adapted from an earlier original HeartBalm Healing podcast titled, “Radical Acceptance: What to Do When You Have Come to the Frayed & Raw Edges of Life.” To listen to this podcast in its entirety please visit the HeartBalm Healing website or click on the graphic below.
This will be a part of the HeartBalm Meditation toolbox. The link to all meditations is in the archives as well as the toolbox on the home page at HeartBalm and is now available on the HeartBalm YouTube Channel.
Join me now for a moment of tenderness and communion, to build a peaceful home within yourself to come back to time and time again.
