Today on HeartBalm Meditations with Sunny, I invite you to find your way back to the serene sanctuary of love and peace even when life brings chaos, and challenges, and seems like a daunting climb up a towering mountain. Yet, within the gentle whisper of our own breath, we discover that home is where our heart's love resonates in the stillness. We lean into Nayyirah Waheed’s words,
And I said to my body softly, ‘I want to be your friend.’ It took a long breath and replied, ‘I have been waiting my whole life for this.’
The truth is that even though it feels like a giant mountain to climb to return to your space of love and peace at times – it is only a breath away.
