The Gift of ‘Thought-Less Excursions’: Giving Myself Back to ‘What Is’
There are times when it feels as if I am in the deepest flow of life – moving with what is arising without thought. My body is pulled toward those things that feel authentic, right, loving, and most in line with my highest good. I find myself in a moment of doing something ordinary and wonder how I got there. Did I choose it intentionally or think about doing it consciously? Unable to find its origin, I have learned to just accept the beautiful gift of becoming aware of another ‘thought-less excursion.’ It becomes a comforting cue that life just happens and I don’t have to be in charge or in control of any of it.
