As a Spiritual Counselor and Intuitive Coach, I have the privilege of meeting people right where they are on their spiritual journeys and shining a light on the path that patiently awaits them. This path is always accessible, connecting them to their innate and highest selves, and has the power to open and expand their hearts. In times of turmoil or when the ghosts of the past haunt us, we contract and close and shield our sensitive hearts. Yet, it is precisely in these moments that we need our inner love, highest guidance, and expanded grace the most. It is exactly at these points in life when we must turn towards our waning heart and allow it to open back up for our own healing and well-being.
