Embracing Your Sacred Journey: The Path of What If

As you walk through your daily life, whether on a hike, during a walk, or in the stillness of meditation, let these words of ‘What If’ sink into your being. Allow them to open doors to new questions, wonders, and thoughts, steering you away from negative thought loops. Let them be a gentle reminder that you are loved and adored, that your journey is uniquely yours, and that every experience holds a sacred purpose.

Tell me, what is it you plan to do with your one wild and precious life?

_Mary Oliver, “House of Light”

What If This Journey Is Perfect?

What if, dear one, your life is a canvas meant for you to paint with experiences - both joyous and painful? Each brushstroke, whether a bold line of triumph or a subtle shade of sorrow, contributes to the masterpiece that is your life. Embrace the idea that every moment, every emotion, every experience is a part of your growth and expansion.

What if this journey is about becoming fully alive and awakening to your truest self? The Universe (or the Home Office, as I’ve heard it called recently) calls you to breathe deeply, to live fully, and to embrace the nurturing work of self-transformation. It invites you to shed the layers of societal expectations and listen to the whispers of your own heart.

Embrace the glorious mess that you are.

_Elizabeth Gilbert, “Eat, Pray, Love”
