Recently, I experienced a dissociative flashback. As someone living with CPTSD and working as a researcher, writer, alchemist, and healer, I find it important to share this experience even though it is a vulnerable topic. I still feel dissociated and exhausted, but I hope that by sharing my experience, I can bring clarity and compassion to this difficult topic.
